PROJECT: Developing, revitalizing, densifying and improving Mariehamn city center with an attractive and contemporary “Mixed use concept” consisting of a modern living and retail.
POJECT CHALLENGE: Find the optimal concept mix where 10,000 square meters of new housing, service and retail areas will meet today’s and tomorrow’s residents and visitors. Business concept – Modern and contemporary “Mixed use concept” to become Mariehamn’s natural gathering and meeting place for residents and visitors.
The vision is to create a modern and vital neighborhood where service, commerce, hospitality, entertainment and accommodation over the generational border are part of the whole. In short, a real functioning city center to be proud of.
OUR ROLE: Concept and business plan development. Commercial project management including architect assistance, leasing of retail space and tenant adaptation. Assist the property owner and his project partners in completing the project.
